Since Blissbook was relaunched at the end of 2015, we\u2019ve grown a lot. The ability to scale is taking on new importance for us, and we know it\u2019s important to you.<\/p>\n

Most HR software charges by the person. You try to figure out how many seats you need up front, you buy that much, and then you\u2019re charged regardless of how many people are actually using it. Usually you\u2019ll buy more than you need so you don\u2019t have to add a seat every time you hire somebody. That means you end up paying for people who aren\u2019t using the software or you micromanage your account to keep from being overcharged. Seems like a pain in the caboose or, at the very least, unfair.<\/p>\n

Blissbook\u2019s new payment system scales with you as you grow (or shrink). You only pay for what you use. You don\u2019t pay for people who separated from your company or for people who\u2019ve yet to join. You don\u2019t have to change something every time you make a hire and you don\u2019t have to be clairvoyant about how many employees you\u2019ll have in the future. Everything just works, automatically.<\/p>\n

Going forward, all subscriptions will be based on Credits. You pre-purchase Credits and they\u2019re deducted every day your account is active based on how many Users have access to your handbook(s). When you run out of Credits, more are purchased automatically. 1 Credit = use of Blissbook by 1 user for 1 day.<\/p>\n

All current Blissbook subscription holders will be migrated to the new system. We\u2019ll seed your organization with the Credits required to carry you through to your renewal date.<\/p>\n

If you have fewer than 170 employees, you\u2019ll be saving some money. Other than that, your pricing is the same as before.<\/p>\n

Once the new system is deployed, all your billing details will be available on your new billing page. You\u2019ll be able to see a ledger and history of your Credits, change the credit card on file, view invoices, and more.<\/p>\n
