Accessibility Statement
Everyone should be able to access and understand the policies that shape their work experience. Culture, clarity, and compliance are for everyone at your organization, including those with disabilities. We strive to make Blissbook an accessible digital experience that empowers every user, regardless of ability, to read, sign, and engage with the policies and procedures that govern their workplace.
Blissbook is benchmarked against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Conformance Levels A, AA, and AAA. Progress is evaluated using a mix of automated tools and human testing, and we continuously make improvements to create and maintain an inclusive experience. Accessibility enhancements are prioritized based on impact and feasibility, balancing our commitment to accessibility with the need to support all customers.
Current Status
Blissbook's audience-facing documents and platform are generally quite accessible, with most features conforming to WCAG guidelines. Areas for improvements include enhancements to keyboard navigation and focus visibility for some components, and the flexibility for customers to fully configure accessibility features of their user-generated content.
We've documented our current level of support in our Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), which outlines where Blissbook fully supports, partially supports, or does not yet support specific criteria.
Scope
This accessibility review covers audience-facing, customer-created documents, other audience-facing parts of Blissbook, and the user interface surrounding each. While we provide tools and defaults that support accessible design, the accessibility of customer-created documents may be affected by how they're built and customized by customers.
