Q. Can I try before I buy?

Yes! There’s no cost to Blissbook until you publish your handbook. Publishing means your handbook is “live” and accessible by employees and other users.

Q. What’s a User?

A User is someone who can access any of your published handbooks. Archived employees don’t count and there’s no extra cost for multiple handbooks or admins.

Q. How many handbooks can I have?

As many as you want. Pricing is based on the total number of people all your handbooks are shared with.

Q. Can you design my handbook?

Yes! Handbook conversion and design starts at just 950 USD. Send us your content and branding guidelines and we'll create a custom Blissbook just for you! Contact us to start.

Q. Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can cancel any time and your handbooks will be unpublished when your account expires.

Q. Can Blissbook do XYZ?

Contact us and we'll do our best to help via email. If email isn't enough, we're happy to schedule a time to chat on the phone.

Q. Can you write my legal content?

Yes! This service is offered through a partner and starts at 600 USD for a federal law compliant handbook. Contact us for more info.

Q. 150 User minimum?

Blissbook's base price is 750 USD per year or 75 USD per month for all companies up to 150 Users.

The Blissbook team is available by phone or email throughout the life of your Blissbook account. Phone support is during normal business hours (M-F 9-6 ET) in addition to email support.

Technical Requirements

Blissbook is a modern web application and requires a modern web browser to run properly on a desktop. The published handbook is fully responsive, which means it looks great on any smartphone or tablet. There’s nothing for users to install or download. Blissbook is accessible 24/7 with 99.9% uptime and is backed up daily.

Most HRIS and SSO integrations will require coordination between the Blissbook team and your IT team.
