Summer Enhancements: Key Updates

As we embrace the warm days of summer, we are excited to announce a series of important updates to Blissbook. These enhancements not only streamline access to our resources but also improve overall user experience. With features like access to historical handbook versions and clear publication details, we continue to prioritize organizational efficiency and transparency. Stay tuned for additional improvements, including the upcoming implementation of multiple signature rounds.

Changed Your Handbook? Tell Everyone!

When you publish updates to your handbook, you’ll now see the above modal. If you choose to send a notification, we’ll email everyone with access to your handbook whatever note you enter in. And because we know you always want to look good, you can now…

Customize All Notifications

We’re talking text, colors, font, who they’re from, hair color. OK, we made one of those up.

All of this can be accomplished on the new “Emails” tab within your Organization. Click your company name in the top right to find this tab.

Self-Serve Version Access

View any version of a handbook that’s been published, all the way back to version 1. We’ve also linked old versions to every signature so you can see the exact handbook content an employee signed off on. Bye bye filing cabinet full of old handbook versions!

Other Updates

Some other significant upgrades found their way into this new version of Blissbook as well:

• Printed handbooks now include the publish date and version number.
• Added a “last updated” timestamp for customers using HRIS sync so they know it’s working.
• A few minor bug fixes.
