iTrent Employee Handbooks & HR Policies

Populate your employee list in Blissbook by syncing automatically with your employee list in iTrent via an API.
We'll help you set it up and maintain it along the way.

Automate invitations.

Invite new employees from iTrent to their employee handbook automatically when they're imported or based on their hire date. Termed employees are archived automatically.

Sync at a specific time.

Blissbook will sync with iTrent at least once per day. You can also set a sync to happen at a specific time every day so employees are ready to go for their day-one onboarding.

Sync custom fields.

Blissbook will sync a standard set of metadata from iTrent, including hire date, manager, and location. You can also define custom fields to sync over.

Exclude anyone.

Use any default or custom field you sync over from iTrent. Match text, compare dates, even filter on where someone's manager is.

Escalate to managers.

Integrating with iTrent provides all the data Blissbook needs to enable automated manager escalation on your organization.

Handle re-hires.
